The Process
1.
Lets start chatting
Go ahead and fill out my contact form. I'll be reaching back out right away with a little guide for you and your partner to look over together
4.
Get prepped
During the weeks and months leading up to your weddings, I’ll act as a personal guide, offering vendor recommendations, some pointers, and more. If you choose a collection with an engagement session, we’ll schedule it for a few months before your wedding, and create a detailed shot list for the day of.
5.
Engagement session
Your engagement session is a great opportunity to get comfortable with me and my camera and practice taking videos together. Plus, an engagment video is a great way to add more if your personality into your final film. Not to mention, I'll be taking some photos for you too so you can use the photos for Save the Dates and wedding websites.
3.
Make it official
If we're a good fit I'll send over everything you need to make it official. Your proposal, contract, and invoice. Once it's all complete and your retainer is in, your date is secured and you're officially on my calendar. Now you can get back to planning the fun stuff, knowing your wedding film is taken care of.
6.
Your wedding
It's your wedding day! It’s going to be great! I’ll get to your venue early to scout out the layout, lighting, and say hi to any family members. Thanks to all the planning and prep we’ve done, you can simply relax and enjoy the moment while I do my thing!

Schedule a call
Once you look over my Videography guide schedule a call with me over the phone or video. We'll open a bottle of wine or make some coffee while we chat about your vision of the wedding day
7.
Grab the popcorn (or more wine from step 1)
I’ll send you a little trailer within a few days of your wedding to get you excited. Your full film and any other addons will be delivered 6-8 weeks later. You'll be able to download your video from a personalized link but keep an eye on your literal mail box. I'll be sending something your way. Spencer's tip: Plan a date night together to sit down and watch your film together and relive that day all over again!
